The Four Brains and the Wisdom of the Heart

When we think of the brain, we usually imagine only the one in our head. But human beings are much more complex and fascinating. Ancient traditions and modern science both tell us that we have four brains, four centers of intelligence that guide our life: the brain in the head, the brain in the heart, the brain in the gut, and the brain in the body’s energy field.
Each one has its own wisdom, and the quality of our life depends on the harmony between them.
The Brain of the Head
This is the most famous one, the rational mind. It helps us analyze, calculate, plan, and use logic. Without it, we could not survive in the modern world. But if we live only in the head, we risk being prisoners of thoughts, stress, and overthinking
The Brain of the Heart
Science has discovered that the heart has its own network of neurons and communicates with the brain through powerful electromagnetic signals. In many traditions, the heart is the true center of intuition. Here we feel what is right or wrong even before we can explain it. Living from the heart means connecting with compassion, empathy, and inner guidance. It is the place where logic and soul can meet
The Brain of the Gut
Our intestines are not only for digestion. They contain millions of neurons and produce neurotransmitters like serotonin, which deeply influence our emotions and mood. That is why we call it the “second brain.” When the gut is healthy, we feel balanced and clear. When it is full of toxins or stress, we can feel heavy, anxious, or confused.
The Brain of the Energy Field
Beyond the physical, many traditions recognize that our body radiates an energy field. This “fourth brain” is more subtle, but very real. It is the space where we feel intuition, synchronicities, and connection with the universe. Some call it aura, others electromagnetic field, but the experience is the same: it is a space of wisdom that connects us to everything around us
Here I want to share something very personal. For many years I tried different ways to cleanse my gut. I followed protocols, diets, herbal remedies, and detox plans. Some gave me small improvements, but nothing really made me feel a deep transformation. Then I discovered a very ancient remedy: the triple tincture of black walnut hull, artemisia, and clove.
This combination has been used in traditional medicine for centuries to eliminate parasites, rebalance the digestive system, and bring vitality back to the body. But what struck me the most was not only the physical effect it was the sensation of having a “clean brain.” For the first time in years, I felt mental clarity, lightness in my body, and a stronger connection with my intuition
Black walnut hull is known for its purifying power. It clears parasites and toxins, but also, on a subtle level, it helps to release stagnant energies, like opening windows in a room that has been closed for too long.
Artemisia (wormwood) is a plant of fire. It burns impurities and stimulates the digestive fire. Energetically, it awakens inner vision, sharpens perception, and reconnects us with our inner strength.
Clove is warming, protective, and powerful. It not only completes the action of the other two plants by destroying resistant parasites, but also vibrates with a frequency of protection, sealing the energetic field from new intrusions
The synergy of these three remedies works like a key: they cleanse on a physical level and at the same time open the energetic flow. After a few weeks of this cure, I felt lighter, more present, and more able to listen to the “heart brain.”
For me, this experience confirmed a deep truth: our physical body, our emotions, and our energy are one single system. When we cleanse the gut, we do not only help digestion we also free the mind from fog and open the heart to clearer intuition
The Importance of Desparasitation
For these four brains to work together, we need to keep them clean and free on all levels. Just like a computer with too many viruses cannot work well, our bodies and minds also need to be purified
Gut cleansing: removing parasites, toxins, and heavy foods that block the flow of energy.
Energetic cleansing: practices like meditation, breathwork, sound healing, or Reiki help clear stagnant energy.
Emotional cleansing: writing, therapy, or conscious movement can help release old patterns.
Mental cleansing: reducing overstimulation, practicing silence, and focusing on presence
Desparasitation is not only physical it is emotional, mental, and energetic. By cleansing all levels, we allow our four brains to communicate better, creating harmony between logic, intuition, instinct, and energy
Living from the Heart
Among these four centers, the heart brain is the one that can bring true balance. When the heart leads, the head, gut, and energy field align naturally. We begin to feel life not only as a series of problems to solve, but as a flow of experiences to live.
Living from the heart means listening to that quiet voice inside, the one that whispers the truth even when the mind is confused. It means trusting intuition, cultivating compassion, and letting love be the force that connects all our “brains.”
The journey of self-awareness is the journey of uniting our four brains into one symphony. When we take care of them all body, mind, heart, and energy we step into a life of clarity, harmony, and deeper wisdom.
