Is this breathwork?
It works with breathing, but it is not intensive breathwork
The breath is never forced and there is no hyperventilation
Do I need any experience?
No. There is nothing to learn or perform
Will there be emotional release?

What position will I be in?
Lying down or comfortably semi-seated, depending on what feels safest
What sounds are used?
Singing bowls, tuning forks and a very slow, minimal gong, used sparingly and with care

Yes. Reiki is offered at the end to support integration and grounding
How long is the session?

How often is it recommended?
Usually once every two weeks, to allow proper integration
