What You Choose to Nourish 11/26

what are you still being faithful to, even when it no longer reflects who you are?
An image of yourself. A way of loving. The belief that, to deserve something, you must first give a little more.
This month’s sky symbolically accompanies a shift from reflection to choice. Mercury and Venus turn direct, the New Moon in Scorpio invites us beneath the surface, and the Full Moon in Gemini illuminates the words we use to tell our own story.
This reading follows the tropical zodiac. All times are local to Switzerland.
Venus and the Memory of a Long Cycle
We enter November following a remarkable meeting: on 24 October, retrograde Venus met the Sun at 0°45′ Scorpio, in the inferior conjunction known as the Venus Star Point.
This meeting closes a sequence of Scorpio Star Points that began in 1926. According to the cycle presented by Kepler College, another Venus Star Point in this sign will occur in approximately 150 years. This refers to the particular Sun–Venus conjunction, rather than Venus’s regular passage through Scorpio.
We can contemplate this ending through the stories that shape how we love. Those we have lived and those we have inherited: sacrifice mistaken for devotion, control confused with care, silence learned to preserve a bond.
The sky offers an image. Recognising what belongs to us remains an intimate process.
What do you wish to preserve from your roots? And what do you wish to transform?
9 November — New Moon in Scorpio
Staying Close to Your Truth
On 9 November at 08:02, the Sun and Moon meet in Scorpio.
This lunation speaks of trust, intimacy, vulnerability and shared resources. It invites us to notice what binds us: desires, promises, fears and agreements that continue to influence our choices, even when we leave them unspoken.
You might give yourself a quiet moment. A page written without editing. A warm bath. A few minutes without immediately searching for an answer.
Letting go begins with recognising what we are holding on to.
Which part of your story do you keep repeating without noticing?
13 November — Mercury Turns Direct
Finding Words That Feel Like You
On 13 November, Mercury turns direct in Scorpio, following the retrograde that began on 24 October.
In astrological language, this transition marks a moment when reflection can become something we express: returning to a conversation, clarifying an intention, acknowledging that we have changed our mind.
Clarity has its own rhythm. We can take time to check what we have understood before turning it into a final decision.
What truth can you finally speak without making it smaller?
14 November — Venus Turns Direct
Making Room for What You Value
During the night of 13–14 November, Venus turns direct in Libra.
Love, reciprocity, pleasure and money return to the centre through a practical question: how much space do you give to what matters to you?
It might mean protecting your time. Asking for fair payment. Finding a different balance between giving and receiving in a relationship. Or allowing yourself to want something without having to prove its usefulness.
Libra reminds us that every encounter includes two people. You count, too.
Where would you like more reciprocity?
16 November — Mars Meets Jupiter
Giving Desire a Direction
On 16 November, Mars and Jupiter meet in Leo: an astrological image of momentum, courage and expansion.
We can use this symbolism to recognise what wants to be expressed. A proposal, a creative project, a gesture postponed for fear of being seen.
Enthusiasm also needs a sense of proportion. Choosing a direction helps us keep the first spark alive.
What would you do if you stopped waiting to feel completely ready?
24 November — Full Moon in Gemini
Listening to the Story You Tell Yourself
Following the Sun’s entry into Sagittarius on 22 November, the Full Moon on 24 November at 15:53 illuminates Gemini.
The Gemini–Sagittarius axis brings information into conversation with meaning, questions with beliefs.
How many of the things you keep saying about yourself are still true? How many belong to a version of your life that has already changed?
“That’s just how I am.”“It’s always difficult for me.”“It’s not the right time yet.”
This Moon can invite you to listen to the language you use to shape your possibilities. To leave a question open where there used to be certainty.
What new story could begin if you changed the words you use to describe yourself?
Your Calendar of Care
The following dates are suggestions inspired by lunar symbolism: small appointments with yourself. They do not indicate greater treatment effectiveness or guaranteed effects on hair growth.
For a massage — 6, 23 and 27 November
On 6 November, with the Moon in Libra, make room for balance and the pleasure of receiving. On the 23rd, with the Moon in Taurus, the theme is sensory presence: warmth, touch and a slower pace. On the 27th, with the Moon in Cancer, a massage can become a gesture of care, especially if you long to feel held.
For an energy and sound session — 9, 18 and 19 November
9 November, the New Moon, symbolically lends itself to a quiet session focused on listening to your intentions. On the 18th and 19th, with the Moon in Pisces, you might choose sound, silence and a space where you can set aside the need to understand everything.
For a tarot consultation — 8, 11 and 25 November
On 8 November, with the Moon in Scorpio, explore an intimate question or a recurring theme. On the 11th, with the Moon in Sagittarius, consider direction and possibilities. On the 25th, with the Moon in Gemini and Mercury now direct, explore your personal stories, different perspectives and words still waiting to be found.
The cards can offer images through which you recognise the question you are living more clearly.
For a haircut — 4, 14 and 29 November
In lunar calendar traditions, the Moon in Virgo is associated with precision and attention to form: 4 November can be a symbolic date for refreshing your cut. The 14th, with the waxing Moon in Capricorn, for choosing a simple, structured shape. The 29th, with the Moon in Leo, for a more expressive change that reflects your desire to be seen.
A Space for November
You can move through this month by choosing one gesture that gives shape to what you have understood.
An honest conversation. A boundary expressed calmly. An hour devoted to your body. A question you finally allow to emerge.
What do you choose to nourish, now that you recognise more clearly what you need?
