A circle of women who meet to share, recognize each other, and practice self-awareness
A safe space, away from noise, where words heal and listening unites

Because each of us carries an ancient memory within us

A natural rhythm, a cyclical wisdom, a voice that often goes unheard

How a DEA

evening unfolds

The evening is designed as a gentle journey
We begin with arrival and tea preparation, to slow down and land
A first moment of listening and open sharing of thoughts and sensations
Then comes the theme of the month,

with both theory and an experiential practice
The evening continues with an energetic practice, meditation, conscious breathing and a sound bath to integrate

DEA  meets  monthly with three evenings  in three languages:
Italian · English · Spanish

Each meeting lasts 90 minutes

To maintain quality, there is a maximum of 5 places available

Reservations are always required
